The cause of astigmatism is a stress and this is usually caused by tension. Worry boosts muscle stress and decreases muscle co-ordination. Failure of typical muscle co-ordination creates astigmatism.

By treating the nervous centres and releasing the stress on the nervous centres the client can be carried over the period of tension and the eyes will return to typical when the body is healthy.

The person has to comply with the workouts for farsightedness: blink often, move often, put a Snellen test card 10 to 20 feet from you and without glasses check out each letter, make sure you BLINK after each letter, checked out the four smallest lines you have the ability to see. Do this for a minimum of five minutes, checked out the card with each eye by itself, covering the other eye without touching it. Likewise make sure you check out the last four lines you can check out, stand as you check out the card and persuade slowly and efficiently from side to side. Remain to blink after each letter. Do this for five minutes.

You should keep these workouts up for one month. When these workouts are performed continuously, easily and normally the eye is unwinded and the vision is typical.

Fifteen minutes a day is sufficient to provide great lead to modest situations. An hour a day is sufficient in severe situations. One month of exercising will treat a simple situation while several months might be needed for advanced situations.
